Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social media, display, media buying, native and email marketing.

• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve performance metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend.

• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.

• Collaborate with other marketing teams, such as content and creative, to develop cohesive marketing campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Manage relationships with advertising partners and agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

• Create reports and communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns.

• Expertise in Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other KPIs.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience managing budgets and campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, marketing, business, or a related field.
