The Role
As an MIS Executive, you will work closely with the growth team to ensure maximum productivity from the Pre-Sales team and gather data driven insights to help optimise the process.
Responsibilities
Ownership of Lead assignment to the entire Pre-Sales [Calling Team] on a day-to-day basis.
Work closely with the growth team to give insights and carry out experiments.
Determine the qualification process to provide leads with highest intent to the pre-sales team.
Analyze different metrics like impact of volume, average handle time and staffing requirements.
Establish a professional and collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders.
Multi-Channel activity tracking.
Required Skills
Basic Knowledge in SQL
Proficient in MS Excel & other Microsoft Office Tools.
Strong Oral and Written Communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
