Responsible for handling End to the End Recruitment process.
Should be able to source candidates for our clients from Job Boards like Indeed, Dice, and
Career Builder, and social networking sites like LinkedIn, and by leveraging their experience and
contacts in the industry.
He / She must be able to use their experience to meet the targets set by the manager.
Should have worked with H1B, EAD, Citizens, TN Visa, and Green Card holders.
Have experience in placing C2C, W2, 1099, and full-time positions.
Should be Technically Strong.
Should be familiar with US TAX & Visa terms.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Should have very good organizational skills.
Can-Do and Will-Do attitude.
Willingness to learn.
