Key responsibilities
– Responsible for the Digital Marketing business units growth and P&L for our portfolio
– Own the day to day operations: end to end campaign planning, execution and reporting
– You will work closely with operations, customer success, design, product, and engineering teams to build and execute digital marketing campaigns that yield results for customers
– Improve ROAS and achieve consistent reduction in Cost Per Application (CPA) and Cost Per Hire (CPH) to achieve scale and maximize business results.
– Support the Digital Marketing head on all areas / projects.
– Principal advisor in extracting the real goals, devising the media mix, campaign optimizations, reporting and analysis.
– Extract and deliver insightful findings for campaign optimization purposes and reports using –tools like Google Sheets, Power BI
– Set processes for quality checks of daily account management to improve the quality of execution
– Create efficiencies within the team (processes, ways of working, etc.)
– Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Qualifications
– Proven 2-5 years of SEM/PPC experience in a D2C/Ecommerce environment driving high ROI
– Comes with a deep understanding of campaign management and optimization strategy (bid management, tactics, data and audience analysis, etc.)
– Success managing paid search, social and display campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, Twitter and more ad channels
– Strong project manager in digital marketing with process oriented mindset
– Adept at managing high workloads, time and prioritizing tasks to completion
– Attention to detail required
– Great communication skills (both spoken and written English) to deal with senior management
– Prior startup experience and familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms
– Self-starter, with a sense of urgency

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
