NE Field Manager Job Description:

• Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Quality are always maintained.

• Organize tooling, logistics and conduct required Co. Safety and process checks, inspections and safety briefings.

• Ensure flow of materials to deliver project.

• Managing the Project deliverables by making the project planning, executing, monitoring, Cashflow management, NRM & closing.

• Tooling at correct time and plan Installation & commissioning and Interfaces activities.

• Control site resources, manage, logistics at project level.

• Subcontractor resource management & development based on the project needs.

• Strong knowledge of the lift industry, likely from a lift engineering background.

• Be organised and able to maintain under fluctuating demands and pressures.

• Be results driven and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Good planning, problem solving and communication skills.

• An understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
