Customer Service Representative – Chat Process (Social Media)
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Manage large amounts of Chats & Customers.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
Requirements and Skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge about MS Office & Social Media Messengers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
