Job Description
Position : Team Leader – Finance
Vertical : Supply Chain Finance
Job Function /Sub Function : Supply Chain (Finance)
Job Objective : To support the Supply Chain team in all finance related matters. To manage monthly & quarterly closing activities and finance operating processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Support critical business planning processes: annual BP, Monthly Rolling Estimate, Mid Month Estimate
- Manage monthly and quarterly closing process for Plant, including cost accounting accruals, inventory costing, FIFO, obsolescence / warranty reserves, and consequent balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations
- Drive consistent and accurate reporting for variable, fixed and sourcing freight cost lines on monthly basis
- Support weekly / monthly finance operating processes, including Inventory deep dive, plant financial ops reviews, ICM audits, Surprise checks, compliance to COA, Fixed Asset verification.
- Drive working capital improvements, including payables and inventory
- Drive capital management ensuring timely capitalization, post capex audits and raising RFAs with validation of justification.

Provide leadership in controllership related to inventory accounting / processes (physical inventory controls, costing & production order accounting)

Tracking of Usage Variance and discussion with all the stake holders.
Job Requirement
Minimum Education:Graduate of Commerce / Post Graduate qualification from a reputed Institute /University Specialization in statistics; Certification in Analytics Areas ,Certification in Business Intelligence and Data Mining
Minimum Work Experience:5+ years of Reporting & Analysis experience, data mining, etc. Should also have strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain

Travel : 10-20%
