Job Description:Day-to-day management of CEO meeting schedule.Coordinate and participate in technical and administrative meetings, take minutes, write emails, prepare presentations, organize travels, communicate with team members, high-level professionals.Scheduling Google meet, Arranging Zoom Calls, Sharing Invites, etc.Arrange board of directors and management meetings and take minutes.Maintain CEO appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Manage the hospitality arrangements for the CEO.Coordinating with Senior management and team to ensure an effective system in place.Flexible with timings and weekend work.Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:Education: Graduates in any discipline with the right skill set can apply2-3 years of experience in working as an Executive Assistant or Coordinator to CEO/Chairman/Managing Director.Proficient in MS Office.Proficient in oral and written communication in English.Very good interpersonal and communication skills.Must be ambitious, meet high standards, work at a fast pace and be able to multitask.Previous administrative, managerial skills, and financial knowledge helpful rolesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Management: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 70115 58814
