Outmarch Hiring for Business Analyst at Pune Full Time

Job description

We are looking for Business Analysts (Freshers to 1 yr experience) to join us on a permanent basis in Pune. As a BA, you are an expert in understanding the business needs of MyNextHire product users and business stakeholders. From taking requirements, to suggesting improvements, to helping with UI design, to building and maintaining client relationships, you are essential to the success of the company.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Lots of curiosity and excellent coordination skills to gather functional and non functional requirements.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with internal and client stakeholders of different levels of seniority or backgrounds
• Comfortable taking trainings and conduct User Research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively (team first mentality).

You will :

• Work with CS team and product manager to understand open issues and analyse the problems
• Conduct User Research
• Work out possible solution options and present to the engineering manager and product manager
• Design solutions through effective use of wire framing tools
• Work with tech leads to track the development work
• Help testing teams to understand expected outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,644.30 – ₹20,261.40 per month
