Full Job Description
The incumbent will be handling Maintenance (Mechanical &Electrical) activities in Shifts , will have be able to trouble shoot problems in shift with shift fitters and electricians, Adhere to PM & TPM activity &provide service support to inter departments to achieve the production targets.
Key Accountability and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance in Shifts.
Should be able to lead a team of Electricians and Fitters in Shifts.
Solving the mechanical breakdown problems through troubleshooting with inter department co-ordination within minimum time in Shifts. Also workable knowledge of electrical system and can manage electrical issues in shifts through electricians.
Responsible for guiding/leading the electrical/mechanical maintenance team and implementing the best predictive maintenance strategy for the plant
Education
BE / B. Tech in Mechanical
Should be willing to work in shifts.
Knowledge of SAP PM Module.
Work Experience and Skills required:
- Minimum 8 Years.
- Good Communication and writing skills including preparing MIS Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Power Point Presentation.
- Ability & effectively Leading a team.
- Worked Safety Culture, better if having knowledge of LTT(lock tag try), JSA, PTW, SOP, SMP and Kaizen implementations
- Preparation of all maintenance preventive and patrolling check sheets . Downtime recording and Data Analysis, Root cause analysis and drafing action plan ,Predictive maintenance , Monthly PM check sheet, MTTR & MTBF calculation, Monthly breakdown data & 5S check sheets. Spare parts management.
- Should have knowledge of TPM & 5S. Follow an approach to maintenance incorporating principles of 5S, TPM & the Kaizen philosophy. Identifying & Implementation of POKA-YOKA.
- Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.
- Maintaining store inventory & working experience on SAP.
- Maintaining Records of Checklists of the plant.
- Worked in continuous process plants like Textile/Plastic industry/ petrochemical plants/Automobile/Steel.
