We are looking for Customer Success Associate whos primary role would be –
1. Handle Incoming Customer Queries on Whatsapp/Phone/Chatbots
2. Reach out to Customers for Feedback & Offers
3. Resolve Customer Issues for Products / Service Related Issues
4. Generate Weekly Reports
