We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing.Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve overall effectiveness.- Develop and implement social media strategies to build and engage our online community.- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social platforms to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement.- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for digital platforms.- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.- Implement advanced targeting strategies and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing to maximize ROI.- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and imagery across all digital channels.- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.- Regularly update and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive organic traffic.- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.- Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open and click-through rates.- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.- Provide actionable insights to enhance future marketing strategies.- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.- Explore cost-effective opportunities for digital advertising and promotions.- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience of 3 years + in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management.- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and email marketing software.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
