Role Overview

Pahle India Foundation (PIF) headed by Chairman Dr Rajiv Kumar, former Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog is inviting applications for “Manager Communications”. The Manager – Communications will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans and enhancing the organization’s brand presence. This role requires expertise in content creation, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs.

Key Responsibilities

●     Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance PIF’s visibility.

●     Oversee content creation for websites, reports, blogs, newsletters, and social media.

●     Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

●     Plan and execute events, conferences, and stakeholder outreach initiatives.

●     Collaborate with research teams to translate complex policy findings into accessible content.

●     Monitor media coverage and analyze communication impact.

●     Manage media relations, press releases, and public engagements.

Qualifications & Experience Required

●     Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.

●     5+ years of experience in communications or public affairs.

●     Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

●     Strong storytelling, content development, and digital marketing skills.

●     Experience in working with think tanks, non-profits, government agencies, or corporate organizations preferred.

●     Proficiency in social media management, graphic design, and content strategy.

Remuneration – As per industry norms and dependent on skill sets
