Job Title: Accountant

Job Location: Ambikapur, Surguja, Chhattisgarh

Nature of Job: Handle financial accounts.

Reporting to: Director, Sangwari

Qualifications: B. Com

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling NGO accounts

Duties & Responsibilities

• Keeping of bills and vouchers
• Regular entry into accounting system- Tally
• Preparing monthly salary sheets
• Payments- salaries, vendors, and others
• Bank reconciliation
• Making utilization statements
• Fixed asset stock maintenance
• Maintenance of other stocks
• Quarterly filing of TDS challans
• Ensuring auditing of accounts
• Filing returns
• Sending and responding to mails to and from consulting CA firm
• Building an NGO profile for funding at various platforms-
• Keeping donor logs
• Communication regarding online donation products

Languages: Basic written English, Hindi

Compensation

₹25000-₹40000 per month, based on experience and expertise
