Key Responsibilities:

User Training and Support:

Train new and existing users on CRM functionalities and best practices.

Develop user guides and documentation to support CRM adoption and usage.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance CRM effectiveness.

Integration and Automation:
