Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales.
• Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through market research and cold calling.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster repeat business.
• Sales Conversion: Close sales deals over the phone by understanding customer needs and offering the best solutions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to answer questions and provide accurate information.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Update CRM systems with customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities.
• Problem Solving: Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, offering solutions when necessary.
