Position- EBS Payroll Functional Consultant Experience- 7+ years Location- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida (ONSITE) Responsibilities – Should able to understand the requirements from customer and provide solution Should be good in communication both Written and Speaking skills. Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service modules is must. Experience of Fast Formula, Retro functionalities is must Good to have technical experience like data model of HCM Schemas, plsql. Experience in the preparation of Functional documents e.g. Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, System Test scripts and application setup. Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle EBS HRMS R12. Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Should have worked on Extensions, Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations. Should have experience of R12.2 Upgrade. Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles. Good to have knowledge of Finance.
