Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks of our office.
• Providing administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
• Coordinating with Admin Manager on daily basis for work.
• Need to send couriers, securing parcels, visit CEO place for document sign, meet and greet with vendors, comfortable for outside office work.
• Fulfill employee’s requirement in terms of providing them with office assets etc.
• Providing general support to HRA Team in emergencies.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Admin Manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Moderate written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Computer handling work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹2,500,000.00 per year
