Job responsibilities:
- Telecalling for service vehicles
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
- Understand the customer requirement
- Capture insights from the customer
- Strictly adhere to the process requirements
Skills :
Basic computer knowledge, Basic calling knowledge, excellent communication skills
