Profile Overview:

As the Government Affairs and Public Policy Lead, you will oversee our organization’s interactions with various government bodies such as NITI Aayog, Municipalities, Smart City officials, Police departments, and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways of India. Your main task is to manage relationships and advance our smart parking solutions through strategic engagement and policy advocacy at local, regional, and national levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for government affairs and public policy that align with our company’s goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, legislators, and regulatory agencies to support our product offerings and tender acquisitions.
• Monitor and respond to legislative and regulatory changes that affect our business, advising on potential impacts.
• Represent the company in policy discussions, advocating for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, communications, and business development to ensure cohesive policy strategies and tender fulfillment.
• Prepare policy documents and advocacy materials to promote our positions.
• Engage in coalition-building with industry partners to further common policy goals.
• Act as an expert on relevant legislative issues, offering insights to internal teams.
• Organize and support advocacy campaigns to bolster support for our policy goals.
• Stay updated on trends in government affairs and public policy, enhancing our advocacy efforts.
