Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Win Strategy through Engagement, Customer Experience, Profitable Growth and Financial performance for instrumentation business unit.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Reports to : Asia Pacific, General Manager – FCG / ING AP

Supervise Others : Yes

Work Location : Navi Mumbai

Financial Performance : Responsible for the financial performance of instrumentation business in India with P&L responsibility. Responsible for profitable growth with focus on business development & marketing, product strategy development, lean manufacturing and supply chain, operations/shopfloor management and manufacturing/production engineering.

People Development: Manage team of people with high engagement and productivity improvement. Responsible for developing strong talent pipeline for sustenance of growth and future expansion of business.

Business Improvement : Responsible for business improvements through efficient operations management with focus on Lean, Quality and EHS. Engaging with sales team for market and business development, pricing, developing, and executing strategic initiatives for business growth.

Supply Chain Management : Responsible for aspects of supply chain management for sourcing & procurement, logistics & transportation, materials management, and warehouse management.

Engineering Management : Responsible for Engineering Management for manufacturing process, localization, and product development.

Education & Experience

Require 12 or more years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 6 or more years of experience in a leadership role.

Previous work experience ideally includes experience in business and operational processes.

B.E /B.Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent degree.

Master’s degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related areas of study would be preferred.

Willing and capable of facilitating change in organization.
