Accounts Executive / Sr Executive

Qualification : Mcom/MBA/Bcom

Exp : 3+ Year

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Purpose:
Scrutinize all accounts on an on-going basis and ensure compliance as per accounting policies and Control and monitor outstanding balances.

Key Performance Indicators :
 MIS
 Adherence to company policy and documentation
 Internal Audit, control mechanism and completion thereof
 Statutory and legal compliance

Tasks & Responsibilities:
 Ensuring timely payments and submission of statutory dues
 Ensuring reconciliations and balance confirmations with vendors and debtors
 Fixed Asset Management and verification
 Ensuring timely debit / credit notes, wherever necessary
 Scrutinize all accounts on an on-going basis and ensure compliance as per accounting policies.
 Analyze and follow up on inventory control reports.
 Scrutinize the data and making monthly provisions

Focused on :

1) Sap Current work experience

2) Good Knowledge in GST.

3) TDS and Taxation

4) Accounts core activities.

*SAP – FICO – Bill booking, Excel – T codes knowledge.

Industry: From Cement, RMC, Construction materials & Manufacturing are highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Taxation: 2 years (Preferred)
