Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripheralsTroubleshooting hardware and software issuesInstalling and upgrading operating systems and computer softwareTroubleshooting networking and connection issuesUpdate and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, Patch Management, Anti-Malware, Desktop/laptop imaging, anti-virus and inventory management tools.Manage user expectations and potential risksChalk out maintenance plan for the prevention of unexpected failuresTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutions and procedures.Follow standard help desk procedures, logging all help desk issues.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceDay range:Weekend availabilityWeekend onlyShift:Night shiftRotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work (Preferred)
