Manager Finance and Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Finance and accounts manager who’s role involves planning, executing and assisting in UniSearch’s financial undertakings.

Core Responsibilities

• The Manger Finance & accounts will be responsible for, among other things, budget forecasts, financial statement reports and financial performance evaluation, budget allocation, billing cycles, handling financial contracts, purchase orders and payments, fulfilling the company’s taxation duties as well as other financial requirements mandated by law, and more.
• Ensure that UniSearch India’s operations avail of the appropriate financial resources, that these are all accounted for, and that the growth prospects and financial stability of the company are preserved and enhanced.
• Oversee the company’s financial operations and undertakings with full compliance to company policy and managing the risks associated with financial operations
• Ensure the company fulfils its taxation duties, managing matters pertaining to GST filing, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), employee investment proofs, etc.
• Oversee and sign off on purchase orders and payments with vendors in a timely manner
• Ensure that all financial contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare financial statements, reports and other relevant documentation to monitor and maintain the company’s financial stability
• Assist in budgeting and setting financial targets for the company’s short- and long-term objectives
• Manage all billing cycles proactively and effectively.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience of a minimum of 4-8 years
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible workflow with excellent time management skills and adaptability to changing job demands
• Tertiary-level academic qualifications (minimum bachelor’s degree)

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
