Post HR Assistant and RecruiterBasic Criteria :Age : 22 yrs and aboveExp : 2 years plusLocation : MumbaiSalary Offered Rs.15000 per monthRoles and Responsibilities: -*Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.*Able to create the Job Description depending on the brief given by the concerned department manager.*Should be able to do the job posting on various Job portals .*Experienced in dealing with HR recruiting agencies for priority job openings.*Keeping a track of all the job applicants through internal and external links used for job posting.*Initial screening of the applicants.*Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for their Interviews.*Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.*Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.*Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.*Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.*Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shift
