Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Baker and Chocolatier to join our team at Naviluna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both baking and chocolate making, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in cake, pastry, and sourdough bread baking, as well as preparing inclusions and garnishes, tempering large batches of chocolate, and creating chocolate bars and bon-bons. You will also be required to conduct cacao quality testing and product quality testing, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic maths and chemistry skills. If you have a passion for working with cacao and a commitment to delivering exceptional products, we encourage you to apply.
