PATH seeks a Finance and Administration Manager for an anticipated CDC-funded, “Achieving and Sustaining Epidemic Control in India through Technical Assistance to India’s National AIDS Control Program by Strengthening the HIV Prevention to Treatment Cascade under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” The goal of this project is to support the National AIDS Control Program (NACP) to achieve HIV epidemic control in priority geographies by implementing comprehensive activities and services across the prevention to treatment cascade.
Responsibilities:
Maintain project accounts in accordance with PATH policy and
Ensure project expenditures are in accordance with the approved budget, project contract, and CDC policies and cost
Develop and manage project budget and pipeline to ensure the project operates within the approved obligation and budget
Monitor monthly financial performance in relation to budgets and forecasts, obligated funds, commitments, and advances to subcontractors and
Provide detailed analysis of costs, budgets, contract, and funding agency requirements as needed.
Required Skills
Required Experience
Required skills and experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related
Minimum of 10 years of experience required, including administration of CDC contracts, financial management, and project
Experience managing international projects valued at $50 million or
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in accounting, financial management, and procurement is
Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience with CDC regulations and control systems. Familiarity with Federal and CDC Acquisition Regulations
Excellent management, communication, and organization skills are essential. Strong analytical and computer skills, especially spreadsheet and financial
Demonstrated of management of partner budgets and contracts, ability to build relationships.
Ability to manage diverse team and work with technical staff.
