Job Description

• Profile: Social Media Recruiter
• Location: Subhanpura, Vadodara
• Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
• Working Days: Mon to Fri

Responsibilities include:

• Understand KPI’s and define them specifically for social media.
• Lead, plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality US applicants.
• Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns (US Market)
• Create, track, measure, and report on campaign results through analysis to improve LSSI’s presence and mission.
• Assist in creating engaging job descriptions.
• Creates the social media recruitment strategy, which is aligned with the marketing and HR communication
• Explores important recruitment niches
• Finds important communication and discussions topics to increase the online presence of the organization
• Engages the organization in the social media communication
• Builds a strong internal network of contributors into discussions aligned with the social media strategy
• Facilitates HR Recruiters in posting the right job vacancies
• Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends, including 1-2 years of digital/social media marketing and content creation experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation skills, and Strong computer and Internet usage skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with other related software programs.
• Talent Acquisition & Marketing experience preferred.
• Time management skills and ability to work and respond to current and changing events in a fast-paced environment.
