Roles & Responsibilities

l Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients’ accounts
l Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
l Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
l Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emails
l Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response
l Building business relationships with current and potential clients
l Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
l Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients
l Developing customized targeted sales strategies
l Coordinating business generation activities
l Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
l Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
l Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with clients
