Job Titile- IT Asset Management- Assistant Manager

Expectations/ Requirements
Responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function at a large scale of IT assets across the globe.

• Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization’s hardware and software. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
• Has sound knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT Support and Infrastructure.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under general supervision with team-leading skills.
• Strong administration and numeracy skills along with advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for IT service/Asset management.
