Paytm Looking For Offline Marketing Manager – Noida/Bangalore at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Full Time

About the team:

Govt 3P team takes care of government PG Accounts Pan India and Telco business (both On-Us and Off-Us). The team takes care of entire end-to-end onboarding; customer management; query/concerns resolution and growing business on PG Model.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive numbers for offline business
• Work on campaigns which includes working on campaign constructs, end to end responsibility of taking a campaign go live
• Maintain relations with merchants and be able to drive Paytm’s agenda
• Take data driven decisions based on campaign performance ( ROI and visibility increase)
• Create reports, summaries, presentations about business decisions
• Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyse and present data
• Have good understanding of marketing collaterals , design and content and ATL / BTL marketing
• Identifying user cohorts and run custom growth campaigns to drive user activation
• Define user acquisition and user retention strategy
• Have hands on knowledge of tools like Clever tap, Appsflyer
• Coordinate with purchase team, design team and finance for dispatching and deployment of marketing collateral for offline market
• Keeping a close check on data to see the impact of marketing being done at various platforms (Online and offline both)

Expectations/ Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in the marketing domain
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to inform managers and other stakeholders of results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time to complete work
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data
• Quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand new analytical concepts
• Presentation skills, including public speaking and presentation creation using PowerPoint or a similar program
