Hiring Freshers for Research Analyst Roles – Placement Opportunity

We at PC2 Overseas are currently hiring two Research Analysts and are looking for fresh graduates with an academic background in Pharma, Biotech, Molecular Biology, or Food Technology.

Looking for Freshers who have education background of Pharma/Biotech/Mol Biology/ Food Technology

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Research

Assist in gathering data from various sources (Journals, LinkedIn, industry reports, etc.). based on the subject.

Conduct literature reviews or secondary research to understand market trends, competitors, or industry insights.

Compile data from internal and external sources (such as academic journals, government reports, or third-party datasets).

2. Data Analysis

Analyze raw data using tools like Excel,

Conduct basic statistical analysis (e.g., averages, correlations, trends) and interpret the results.

Use data to present findings in a clear and understandable way.

3. Report Writing & Documentation

Prepare reports summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations.

Assist with the creation of presentations or reports for senior analysts or managers.

Draft executive summaries or detailed reports depending on the scope of the research.

4. Market/Industry Analysis

Help track and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.

Produce summaries on market conditions, consumer behavior, or competitor strategies.

5. Data Management

Ensure data is organized, accurate, and accessible.

Update and maintain research databases or repositories.
