The 7-year old company’s processing facility is QMS ISO 9001 certified through Swiss accreditation and FSSC 22000 certified through UKAS accreditation.
Their products include toned and double toned milk pouches, curd, buttermilk, ghee and a variety of flavoured yoghurt options. The founders of the company are a Swiss-based Indian couple who are dairy experts and entrepreneurs, who have made sure that the fully automated technology used by them, ensures hygienic and quality products, at every stage of processing till delivery, matching Swiss standards.

About the Job

As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for launching of the product, building up distributors network and marketing and should be able to manage them.

What you will do:

• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
• Researching and analyzing sales options
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Researching and recommending new opportunities
• Recommending profit and service improvements
• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Travelling at least 15 days a month
• Managing and reviewing all class outlets through frequent market visit and meeting the goals

What you need to have:

• At least 3 years experience in an ice cream company
• Experience in launching a product in new market
• Work experience of General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA and Vending
• Good knowledge of Rajasthan
