Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess customers needs as per the guide lines given by the manager
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Get Upsell & create scope of business

• Maintain & Improve business & relations with clients by selling online

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Any Degree.
• Negotiation & Coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹36,000.00 per month
