Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess customers needs as per the guide lines given by the manager
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Get Upsell & create scope of business
- Maintain & Improve business & relations with clients by selling online
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any Degree.
- Negotiation & Coordination skills

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹36,000.00 per month
