• In this role, you’ll help us with Vendor / Contract Management, Purchase requests / orders and collaborating with several teams

What You’ll Do at Pega:

• Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors on the orders placed & tracking of orders

• Work with Procurement team ensure the vendor is onboarded to the system

• Ensuring the assets to delivered as promised by the vendors

• Work with the Asset Manager to provide any documentation requirements and drafts for new vendor onboarding, existing contract renewals, Annexures & NDA’s

• Work with the Finance team for vendor Onboarding (PAN, TAN, Financial statements)

• Purchase Management

• Work with Asset Manager to create PO’s as required for global teams

• SEZ Compliance

• Work with Facilities team

• Invoice, LUT, DTA, e-Way billing

• Clearance from Building security

• Current payment processing

• Work with Finance team to submit invoices to allow them process pending payments

• IT Asset Disposal

• Work with Asset Manager for Disposal

Who You Are:

• Should have experience in vendor management/contract management, IT procurement

• 4-5 years of experience in IT procurement which includes contract management

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms

• Extremely driven and versatile – works with little direction and the appropriate sense of urgency

• Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle management

• ITIL Knowledge is preferable

Partner with internal clients & Stakeholders to align business goals with implementation results.Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science or related field.

What You’ve Accomplished:

• Vendor Management
