Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Nexthink platform to monitor and analyze the performance and usage of remote desktop systems.
• Monitor remote desktop performance and identify opportunities to optimize performance, enhance user experience, and improve productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve remote desktop-related issues, such as connectivity issues, performance degradation, and software compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to implement and integrate remote desktop solutions, including Nexthink, with other IT systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, to support remote desktop users and IT staff.
• Provide technical support and guidance to remote desktop users, including troubleshooting issues, providing training, and answering questions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in remote desktop management and support, particularly related to Nexthink, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in remote desktop-related projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and deployments, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles, with expertise in remote desktop management and support.
• Experience with Nexthink or similar remote desktop monitoring and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate with colleagues and end-users.
