- Preparing the Pay Rolls of all staff working in this Hospital.
- Maintenance of all records related to salary Bills/OT details and deductions like Cell phone bills/Canteen mess amounts/TDS/Vouchers if any, etc.
- Preparation and maintenance of records of PF Forms, PF claims (if any).
- To make final settlement statements of the resigned staff.
- To circulate the circulars if any to the concerned departments.
- Process of salary advance forms and maintenances of recovery ledgers.
- Issue of cell phones and SIM cards to the eligible staff and to maintain the accountability.
- To ensure and complete the formalities of bank openings to the new staff.
- To see that all the relevant forms are filled by the new staff at the time joining.
- To maintain all the personnel records of the staff.
- Any other work assigned by head of the department from time to time.
