Supports Commercial Deputy Manager in Leading & Managing Innovation financials for all the 8 categories. This role will lead financial development & tracking of all innovations across all the categories and represents finance in various innovation stage gate meetings.

Responsibilities

This role will lead financial development & tracking of all innovations across and represents finance in various innovation stage gate meetings

• Owns and leads development & management of financial models for all Innovation SKUs across all categories.
• Coordinates & Challenge financial inputs/ assumptions with multiple stakeholders accross different functions– R&D, GP, SC, Distribution etc
• Reviews financials with Category finance leads
• Tracks Innovation financials for post launch in line with requirements – Volume, NR and GM
• Supports Category Finance leads in presenting financials in Stage gate & activation Board meetings
• Development of Annual Operating Budget (AOP) and Monthly/quarterly forecasts and assume responsibility of all submission to BU FP&A and Sector Commercial when needed.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in finance and planning
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CMA/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
• Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, HFM, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of business processes
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes
• Experience in working with GBS (Preferred FMCG sector) will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic language
