Roles & Responsibilities:

Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.

Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Calling & taking follow-ups in regular basis

Generate leads for Training & Internship programs

Give information about T & I Programs & convince candidates to do registrations

Generate maximum registrations /Clients to meet targeted number of opportunities

Making 80 to 100 calls a day

Sending 500 mails

Connecting with Prospects on LinkedIn and sending them messages to confirm the appointments

Facilitating companys sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.

Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful data.
