Finding Good Experienced OPT/CPT Candidates , H1B Transfer Experienced
Candidates and H1B Filing Candidates looking for Onsite Jobs by Posting Ads and
Marketing via social media platforms or by Cold Calling
Onboarding the experienced Candidates on Bench, looking for Onsite Jobs only
Answering Preonboarding calls and routine questions of Candidates on commissions,
costs, etc
Speaking to candidates on a regular basis for Interview Preparation.
Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.
Qualities which should be in Candidates.
You Can Look for Freshers but local to Nagpur
Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (Indian
Standard Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)(US Central Time Working hours 8AM
to 5PM CST)
Should be smart enough in understanding the skill, will and stability concerns of a
candidate who is applying for a job.
Onsite Job and No work from home/No remote option.
Completed Graduation. No Plans To study or other job Area.
Some training will be provided, but candidate must be aggressive in sales, have a
go-getter and can-do attitude and able to learn on own and continuously improve.
