Responsibility:
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online portals (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Must able to do headhunting to search candidates
Screen resumes and applications & maintain MIS /Recruitment Tracker
Take Interviews of candidates (via phone, video and in-person) & counsel them
Do Job postings on social media, job portals & other sites to get more candidates.
Guide candidates about career & jobs
Collaborate with other consultancies ,colleges & companies
Manage the batches & trainers
Experience : 0 to 1yr
Salary : 7,000 /- – 10,000/-
