We are currently seeking an experienced HR recruiter to join our team in a remote work environment. As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our client’s hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven track record in bulk hiring and target-oriented recruitment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and understand job requirements

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks

Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates for further assessments

Build and maintain a strong candidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidates

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies

Meet individual and team targets to ensure timely and efficient recruitment delivery

Handle recruitment-related documentation and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on bulk-hiring

Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

A dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment

We offer a competitive salary of up to 25,000 INR, commensurate with experience and skills.
