Job Description

Installation, Configuration & software / hardware troubleshooting of standard Printers Installation, Configuration & software / hardware troubleshooting of multi-function printers Basic hardware troubleshooting of laptops, desktops and data cards Video Conferencing Devices – Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting IPad/IPhone, MAC book basic configuration & troubleshooting Android devices configuration & troubleshooting Scanners – Installation, configuration & hardware /software troubleshooting Basic hardware troubleshooting of barcode assets Installation of Anti-Virus Client Software. Ensuring that all Computers having updated AV definitions Resolving server problems like system `hangýff, hard disk crash, etc. Installation of operating system (`OSýff) upgrades and patches as and when provided by HMCL Load latest AV Updates on Servers Ensure all critical services are up and running Monitor Event Logs and publish critical event alerts on regular basis. Coordinate with Application team on Application alert events Identifying LAN faults and resolving them IP addressing schema knowledge Enabling/ disabling ports/services Maintaining DHCP User account management Capacity forecasting, disk space usage etc. vis-ýff-vis thresholds using server management tools provided by HMCL Identify potential problems, consult with HMCL and then take corrective action before they impact user productivity Install / Upgrade OS and apply related Service Pack /Patches Reload OS on servers as and when needed Proactive major outages Management of servers Creating / modifying / deleting users and groups Manage Active directory User groups and profile Manage and adhere to security Policy for user level access defined Communication skill should be strong
