ob Need:

B.com/M.com/CA Inter with minimum of 5 years of working experience

Knowledge of compliances for IRDAI/RBI would be preferred

Knowledge of MS office specially word, excel, powerpoint, Tally ERP

Understanding of accounting entries, taxation and audit

Good communication and presentation skills

Better ability to handle any kind of task assigned

Job Responsibilities:

Making entries of purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries in Tally Accounting

Package

Bank/Cash Reconciliation

Monthly books closure and A/c’s Finalisation, co-operation for smooth conduct of statutory

& internal audit

Preparation of Monthly M.I.S. reports, invoicing, debtors, creditors with reconciliation

statements

Preparation of monthly TDS challans, making payment & filling returns

Preparation of monthly GST challans, making payment & filling returns

Preparation of monthly PT, PF challans, making payment & filling returns

Debtors & Creditors ledger scrutiny

Preparation of financials for statutory audit (as per accounting standard)

Processing monthly salary and reimbursements after scrutinizing employee claims.

Preparing and issuing Form 16 to employees

Preparation of the data, filling returns as per IRDAI

Preparation of the data, filling returns as per RBI

Drafting letters and sending mails to banks, regulatory, third parties

Reporting:

Reporting directly to the senior management (Finance Head)
– Salary will be Negotiable.
