Performance Marketing Specialist – Gurgaon – Client of People Champions Full Time

Our client is a new age data analytics and digital marketing company.

Location: Gurgaon

Timings: 10am-7pm

Days: Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta and others.
• Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure brand goals are met, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to identify winning combinations.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage campaign budgets to meet performance objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics (e.g., AOV, CPA, ROAS), generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to ensure company stays ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and the analytics team to develop compelling ad creatives and strategies.
• Performance Tracking Tools: Utilize platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tools to monitor and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
