Perpex Insights Hiring for Sales Trainer at Calicut, Kerala, India Full Time

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas where our sales team needs improvement.
• Design and develop engaging training curricula, including presentations, workshops, and online learning modules, all within budget constraints.
• Create high-quality training materials, such as handouts, case studies, and videos.
• Deliver impactful training sessions for both new and existing salespeople, incorporating various learning methods to cater to different needs.
• Facilitate role-playing exercises and simulations to provide salespeople with practical experience.
• Coach and mentor salespeople to help them improve their performance and achieve their individual goals.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by measuring trainee performance and sales results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and sales managers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales methodologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales managers and other departments to ensure alignment between training programs and overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, objection handling techniques, and sales presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed.
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
