Job Title: Operations Executive Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the logistics aspect of sample distribution to the concerned restaurants that includes coordinating the transportation, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting purposes. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency of the logistics chain, including identifying potential partners, negotiating cost of delivery, and implementing best practices. Ample level of communication skills to interact effectively with restaurants and vendors. This includes clear and professional email drafting, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Conduct 20-25 calls per day to coordinate logistics, to get the feedback from the restaurants, and to pitch the suppliers and convince them for sampling. Skills Required: 1-3 years of prior experience in operations, and vendor management. Excellent communication skills… both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Candidate Eligibility: Must have a Laptop, and Two wheeler.
