Operations Executive – Customer Verification

Job Description:

• Verifying all the documents submitted by the Client/Candidate.
• Outbound to the Clients & respond to their queries.
• Inform Clients about the missing documents/information which will be required in order to complete the application procedure.
• Define/dispatch all the documents/ information via portal/email.
• Interaction with cross-functional teams via calls/emails to process the complete information.
• Maintains relationships with clients/cross-functional teams by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Experience Range: 0 – 10 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation

Skills Required:

Customer Service, Solving Queries, spoken english, basic computer knowledge,

Candidate Attributes:

– Any Graduate/ Pursuing Graduation can apply.
– Candidates should be based in Ahmedabad only.
