JOB TITLE: Designer/Senior Designer/Principal – Piping

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As an Area Lead PDMS Designer, Lead a team of PDMS designers in carrying out layout engineering, PDMS 3D modelling for onshore Oil & Gas Detailed Engineering projects assuming entire responsibility and execute the project within budgeted man-hour and project schedules by maintaining required quality
• Extensive use of PDMS as 3D modeling tool for Oil and Gas EPC or Lump Sum Projects
• Experience in upstream oil & gas, refinery, refinery, petrochemical or polypropylene EPC or Lump Sum projects
• Should have sufficient knowledge and skill to create plant layout for Oil and Gas Upstream EPC or Lump Sum Projects.
• Ability to develop all equipment layout with sufficient safety distance and facilities on the Plot plan. 
• Create Equipment, Piping, and support in PDMS.
• Ability to read P&ID and create PDMS Model.
• Knowledge of PMS (piping material specification) and piping design basis.
• Capable of creating, extracting, and annotating 2d drawings in PDMS Draft and AutoCAD.
• Ability to drive the 3D Model review with the client.
• Capable to extract, update, and issue Isometrics.
• Ability to prepare MTO.
• Ability to do piping line shoot in AutoCAD.
• Effective communication skills in English.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-20 years of related oil & gas / FEED experience. 
• Must have minimum 8 years of experience in PDMS for 3D modelling of Equipment’s Piping and supports for piping and drawing generation in PDMS draft and AutoCAD.
