The Senior Manager – Category (Insurance) at PhonePe serves in a pivotal role, building and managing the respective category business. This would require you to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to scale and improve the experience, product features and services that help increase user satisfaction, improve customer experience and grow the category revenue.
The role demands a deep understanding of market segment and consumer needs/behavior, and
leading strategic and tactical initiatives for the growth of the category.
